Hi Becky!….thank you sooo much for making our time in Jersey so fab [hen party cupcake decorating lesson Jersey]! Weve just got home, and my boyfriend Mark is veeery impressed with our cakes they survived hand luggage in one piece!  We saw Bridesmaids yesterday which was soo funny, and couldve been written for us girls! And on ur recommendation, we had a stunning meal at Sails Brasserie [recommended by Rebeccah May] at the Boat House – the sun even came out for us and gave us a rainbow too! We then went back to the hotel, and Olly Murs was staying there with his entourage and joined us for drinks! Becky, we would like to say how amazing your cake [3 tier wedding cake] was, we were chuffed to bits with it and have kept the iced flowers from the top as a memento with other wedding pieces. I made sure to sample each part of the cake on the day which tasted great!! We were lucky enough to have a few pieces of the fruit cake left over after the wedding which we enjoyed over the next couple of days. Hi Becky, Just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for the [wedding cake] cake – it was perfect! The decoration was beautifully judged and exactly what I wanted, and the finish was superb! And most importantly, it was delicious. The jam was an inspired touch it and every plate was cleaned – a result for wedding cake I think. It was universally admired and my joy in seeing it was noted by many. Restaurant manager Nigel, unbeknown to us, stuck to tradition and had set aside the top tier for us to take with us. This threw our portions out a little but meant we spent our honeymoon eating the cake, huge great chunks of it, ourselves – you can imagine our delight! Thank so much for all of this, beyond the wonderful cake itself, you’ve been a pleasure to deal with – from your warm and witty emails, the obvious care you take in your work, your patience and professionalism – it’s all been immensely appreciated.
