Postal delivery

Rebeccah May Christmas orders are dispatched either by our courier company based in Jersey.

UK mainland orders will be dispatched on Monday 19th December 2011 – now if you want to cut it a bit fine, that’s ok with us, we will send out via courier until and including 21st December but….we don’t want you to be disappointed if it doesn’t arrive in time for Christmas day.

For those lucky people who live in the beautiful locations of the Highlands & Islands, Scilly isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man will be sent on Friday 16th December 2011 and take between 1 to 3 working days.

When it comes to delivery processes, sometimes things go awry for our courier and their carriers, Rebeccah May does not accept responsibility for delays in delivery where circumstances are out of our control and result in a disruption of service and late deliveries.

Orders will require a signature so please make sure someone is around to do the honours.  If orders are not signed for sometimes they are not left and come winging their way back home.  Redelivery may be arranged with discretion depending on circumstance.

Once an item leaves the kitchens it is packaged in a cake box, then protective cushioned packaging, popped in a double strength cardboard box, sealed with fragile and this way up labels.  Once it leaves the kitchen all tightly trussed up Rebeccah May is not liable for any damage.
