When you place an order using the Bespoke Cake Commission Service the prices quoted on the Price Guide page are inclusive of all but delivery*, this is to ensure there are no hidden extra costs for clients.  So what does this mean if you order with Rebeccah May? The price quoted includes the following:

Design & tasting meeting with drawings if desired, visit here for more information on design and tasting meetings
Presentation boards, fully iced, gold or silver depending on the style of cake trimmed with ribbon
Accessories forming part of the design, eg ribbons, models, cake jewellery, indoor fireworks etc
For Birthday cakes, numerical sparklers and candles
Elegant packaging for both cakes and other sweet treats
Personalised message card service
Accessories, eg stands, cake knives etc*
Set up including liaison with banqueting teams, wedding or party planners*

Design service
A complimentary design service where we meet to review your vision, share ideas and review my portfolio of work and inspirational materials.

Tasting service

For clients who wish to taste a variety of cakes a tasting service is available by appointment however is only arranged once the deposit has been made, visit here for more information on design and tasting meetings

Presentation & Packaging
Cakes and other sweet treats are presented in beautiful branded boxes with tissue paper and tied with satin ribbon
Items purchased as a gift include a blank card and envelope for your special message
If items are posted a handwritten personalised message service is provided
Favours for weddings or other events may be packaged in materials personalised to the host/s and theme of event
Posted items are packaged within sturdy packaging, a courier is used with whom I have a successful track record

Collection & delivery
At production locations cakes may be collected at a pre arranged date and time
Cakes can be delivered locally or further a field for a small fee, cost depends on the destination distance from the production kitchens
National orders are sent by courier, prices commence at £8.00 per tier including suitable protective packaging
International cakes are couriered in accordance with food regulations for the inbound Country

Set up & accessory hire (*)
Where possible these are provided on a complimentary service for cakes or event food requiring a venue visit for set up, eg tiers, doweling, pillars, stands or blocks, fresh and wired flower arranging, presentation table arrangements.  However, depending on the complexity and time involved a small fee of £25.00 per hour may be incurred in addition to delivery costs.   Please visit Price Guide for available accessories, where possible these are provided on a complimentary basis with a deposit refunded on safe undamaged receipted return. Prices do not include delivery.
